Thermwood Corporation offers an extensive line of both three- and five- axis CNC machining centers ideally suited for the production, fabrication and trimming of wood, plastics, non-ferrous metals, composites and other advanced materials. Some of these applications consist of Nested-Based panel production, solid wood, Roller Hold-Down machines for upholstery frames and much more including the All New Cut Ready, Cut Center that doesn’t require any programming.

Thermwood also manufactures a line of Large Scale Additive
Manufacturing (LSAM) systems that incorporates both
the additive and subtractive process on the same machine.
Thermwood is deeply involved in CNC technology and
development, incorporating a high level of smart control
technology in its products.

Thermwood CNC machining centers and additive systems are
engineered using the most advanced CAD/CAM and structural
analysis software. All weldments are fully stress relieved
and the final machine is calibrated using three-dimensional
volumetric compensation. We operate a well-equipped and
staffed demonstration facility where we demonstrate the
specific system we recommend to each customer, actually
producing the customers’ parts while they watch. This
increases confidence and eliminates technical risk.

Thermwood is a U.S.-based company with dealers
and distributors worldwide. In addition to machine
manufacturing and software development, Thermwood
has a technical service organization that provides
support, machine installation, training, retrofits, custom
programming and production assistance.
