Grand Rapids, MI, July 10th, 2018 – Stiles Machinery will offer a look at some of their world-class CNC solutions for manufacturers of all sizes at this year’s International Woodworking Fair (IWF) in Atlanta, Georgia, August 22-25, 2018. Included in Stiles wide-range of CNC technology on display at this year’s show, will be HOMAG’s brand new line of CNC technology. This will be the first time HOMAG’s newly designed machines will be available to the North American market since their recent launch at the HOLZ-HANDWERK fair in Nuremberg, Germany.
Included in this new line of CNC machines, is the HOMAG CENTATEQ N-500 nested based router. Made right here in the United States, the CENTATEQ N-500 is a powerful, and efficient nesting solution for high-speed processing and maximum precision over the total working width. Featuring increased drilling and tool changing capabilities, C-Axis with Flex5 functionality and easy-to-use touch-screen controls, the CENTATEQ N-500 offers the perfect solution for manufacturers of all sizes who depend on German-quality machining at an American-made value.
Stiles will also showcase the HOMAG CENTATEQ N-300 series router featuring a new compact machine platform for manufacturers who require the same power and efficiency they’ve come to expect from HOMAG’s world-class CNC technology, in a much smaller footprint. The CENTATEQ N-300 series requires a 30% smaller operating footprint, and a 50% smaller non-operating footprint compared to a traditional HOMAG CNC router.
In addition to HOMAG’s wide range of flat table CNC solutions, Stiles will also highlight HOMAG’s powerful CNC machining centers including the DRILLTEQ V-200. The DRILLTEQ V-200 features a vertical machining footprint that requires minimal floor space, making it a perfect solution for both small shops and large industrial operations. With zero setup and change-over times regardless of part size, as well as vertical and horizontal boring, routing and grooving all within one extremely small platform, the DRILLTEQ V-200 is YOUR SOLUTION for achieving more with less.
