States Industries Recognized for Compliance with EPA Formaldehyde Emissions Standards
EUGENE, Ore—HPVA Laboratories® has awarded the States Industries manufacturing facility in Eugene, OR, with its EPA TSCA Title VI Certification for Formaldehyde Emissions. States' hardwood plywood products are certified to meet all requirements established in the EPA's TSCA Title VI 40 CFR Part 770 Formaldehyde Emission Standards for Composite Wood Products regulation and may now carry the "CARB TPC-8" certification label. States also maintains compliance to the CARB 93120 ATCM as a manufacturer of CARB NAF and ULEF Exempt products.

This certification comes well ahead of the June 1st compliance date. By April 30, 2018, States will begin labeling all products pursuant to the new regulations.
