This fall, NAFCD and NBMDA will bring together the leaders of the flooring and interior building material distribution community for the 2022 NAFCD + NBMDA Annual Convention, November 1-3, 2022 in Chicago, IL. The Annual Convention will feature a one-day workshop titled University of Innovative Distribution (UID) In-a-Day on November 1 that will provide tailored education to those in management positions within wholesale distribution firms as well as their partner suppliers.
This workshop is designed for any manager working for a distributor or supplier who is interested in their individual growth as well as the contribution to their employer’s growth. The target audience includes operations, general, branch and sale managers along with anyone else within the company looking for continuing education and ideas to stimulate their personal growth.
Conference attendees will hear from an impressive lineup of authorities and leading-edge thinkers who impact distribution executives today, including:
- Steve McClatchy: Steve McClatchy returns to NAFCD and NBMDA’s University of Innovative Distribution (UID) in-a-day training program that precedes its Annual Convention each year. This workshop, designed for distribution managers, will focus on team leadership and leading change.
- Ian Heller: Ian Heller, the co-founder and chief strategy officer of Distribution Strategy Group, has figured out how distributors can become more important to manufacturers. Throughout his presentation, he will share the best way to formulate a bulletproof marketing plan.
