Virgin Hotels Acquires Hard Rock in Las Vegas

In partnership with Juniper Capital Partners and Fengate Real Asset Investments, Virgin Hotels has announced the purchase of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. The property will undergo a multimillion-dollar revitalization and rebranding as the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas in late fall 2019.

Guestrooms, F&B venues, and other public spaces will receive a facelift to better reflect the Virgin brand’s signature sleek and design-driven style. The hotel will return with 1,504 rooms as well as a renovated, 60,000-square-foot casino. Restaurants, lounges, bars, and new nightlife venues will be housed onsite along with the brand’s flagship space the Commons Club. Numerous meeting and convention spaces will also be featured.
