Vortex Tool Company’s new Series 9800 tornado compression tooling has been engineered to excel in cutting laminated composite materials. The router bit’s unique roughing and finishing flute design yields clean finished-edge quality while eliminating delamination of the material. Available in four sizes, Series 9800 tooling is offered with or without CVD diamond coating to increase tool life with highly abrasive substrates.
