Lamigraf has expanded its leadership team by adding two new board of directors, Michel Contini, chief operations officer, and Martin Marxen, sales, marketing and design director.
Contini, who will be based at the l’Ametlla headquarters with global responsibilities, has experience in the sector working for companies such as Coveright and Schattdecor.
Marxen has extensive experience having worked for press plate market leader Hueck Rheinische for many years and, more recently, as General Manager for Design Studio Hueck Design.
“I am convinced that this new structure will increase our agility and operational efficiency, as well as our design competitiveness and market positioning,” said Pep Colomer, CEO at Lamigraf.
“Design expertise is one of the main factors to explain how the firm is perceived in the market, hence its close relationship with areas like sales and marketing.”
