Funder America initiates domestic sourcing option for RTA cabinet importers

Mocksville, NC—On the heels of the U.S. Government imposing tariffs in efforts to combat unfair trade practices on wood cabinets and vanities imported from China, Funder America has introduced their project-based cabinet component program.

As a leading producer of TFL panels and high-volume cut-to-size component manufacturing, Funder America, Inc. can provide U.S. based cabinet importers with a domestic option for a competitively priced frameless cabinet program.

“We see an influx of U.S. based cabinet importers now scrambling to find a domestic alternative for current and future projects.” said Mike Welch, General Manager of Funder America’s furniture division. “Our project-based engineering and manufacturing capabilities allow us to be a versatile domestic manufacturing partner for large scale frameless cabinet projects. We can tailor a program to fit the needs of most project specifications, whether it’s TFL on furniture grade particle board or UV finished plywood cased, we can provide the RTA components, all way up to full value pre-assembled cabinets.

The nearly 500K square foot manufacturing facility for Funder America is located in Mocksville, NC and encompasses some of the nation’s most highly automated component manufacturing and assembly operations.
