JASPER, Ind., June 21, 2017 – National Office Furniture, a unit of Kimball International, Inc., recently donated office furniture to TRI-CAP for use in their Indiana offices. TRI-CAP, a private, not-for-profit, Community Action Agency, has been providing services to low-income individuals throughout southwestern Indiana since 1966. Their mission is to empower people to accept responsibility for achieving personal and economic well-being by providing health, housing, and educational services.
National donated over $36,000 in furniture to the Indiana TRI-CAP office for use in their Jasper and Boonville, IN, offices. The donated furniture included two complete office suites, seating, filing cabinets, conference room furniture, and other storage units. “Thanks to National for this very generous contribution,” said Joyce Fleck, Tri-Cap Executive Director. “Each item is a tremendous, functional piece that provides a boost in both staff and client morale.”
“We are proud to continue to help those in need,” said Angie Kleinhelter, National Director of Human Resources. “It’s an honor that our furniture is making a positive impression on TRI-CAP’s clients and employees. Part of TRI-CAP’s mission is to help others, and we are happy to have been a part of the process.”
