The largest residential cabinet manufacturer in North America has established a Dealer Designer Council, tapping nine industry insiders to guide future innovations in products and customer experience. The council will offer members an opportunity to share insights into the latest trends and the buying habits of consumers while gaining the support of a community of successful dealer designers with whom to collaborate.
“We are thrilled to kick off this new chapter of collaboration with our dealer designer partners,” said Dave Banyard, MasterBrand President and Chief Executive Officer. “We pride ourselves on our ability to differentiate MasterBrand with customers, beyond our unmatched product portfolio. The Dealer Designer Council is another way that we can learn from some of the finest creative talents in our industry-leading network and ultimately service them better.”
The members recently met in Nashville to host their inaugural council meeting with a focus on sharing ideas, gathering insights and learning best practices from each other. Subsequent meetings will be held throughout the year, where council members will continue these conversations and focus on specific industry trends.
“This distinguished line-up of kitchen and bath designers is deeply engaged in the dealer designer community, representing seasoned veterans from across the United States and a wide spectrum of design segments,” said Marty Van Doren, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer – Dealer and Builder. “They will provide each other and MasterBrand an on-the-ground perspective on how customer experiences, products and trends are coming to life across the country.
Members of the Council are based across the United States and represent a vast perspective of design styles, project breadth and depth. The Council will play a pivotal role in the future of MasterBrand products and program development.
