3A Composites USA, a leading provider of high-performance aluminum composite materials and fastening systems, announces the promotion of Mike Marushka to vice president of sales and marketing for the Architectural Division. Marushka will oversee all sales, marketing and technical efforts for the company's architectural products, including the company’s well-known ALUCOBOND brand.

With a proven track record of success and a deep understanding of the architectural market, Marushka is well-positioned to drive growth and innovation within the division. His expertise in customer relations and sales strategy will be instrumental in strengthening 3A Composites USA's position as a preferred partner for architects, contractors and fabricators.

Prior to being named vice president, Marushka held the position of sales manager in the Mid-Atlantic region within the Architectural Division. He has been instrumental in driving significant growth in sales and market share, as well as fostering strong relationships with key customers.

In his new role, Marushka will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales and technical teams, overseeing marketing initiatives and ensuring customer satisfaction. His focus will be on continuing to strengthen 3A Composites USA’s position as a leading provider of innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.

Additionally, John Tarr, originally leading national specifications, will now take on brand identity, as well. In addition to securing large-scale specifications and supporting the sales team with key projects, John will implement a comprehensive strategy for the brand identity program and work with key stakeholders internally and externally to support the visual elements of brand customers.
