Katelyn Walter Joins Cefla North America as Marketing and Communication Specialist
Charlotte, N.C. August 10, 2016 – Cefla North America, a leading provider of finishing, decoration and digital printing solutions for wood, metal, glass and other applications, is pleased to announce that it has hired Katelyn Walter as Marketing and Communication Specialist. From her base at Cefla’s North American headquarters in Charlotte, Walter will work directly with Cefla leadership in Imola, Italy to seamlessly support Cefla brands and the company’s international marketing, events and educational efforts in the U.S. and Canada.
Walter comes to Cefla North America with focused experience as a brand marketer and client management professional, event planner and project manager. As Marketing Account Executive for GMR, a branding agency specializing in innovative global sponsorships and experiences, she co-managed four health and fitness brands: Balance, Body Fortress, MET-Rx and Pure Protein. Along with leading creative design, budgeting, event planning, execution and social media tracking, she managed more than 125 events for one brand and enhanced event planning and celebrity contract management for another. As part of the Humana account team, she worked to enhance the client’s partnership with the Competitor Group Inc. and the Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon Series, and achieved a Guinness Book of World Records for the Humana Pink Out event.
