July 2, 2019—Mocksville, NC — Today, Funder America announces that Jim King is retiring after serving as their Sales and Marketing Manager for 21 years.
Jim has been a dedicated and valued member of Funder America, and instrumental in leading the company through some challenging market conditions along the way. He has been a well-known pillar in the composite wood panel industry for over 41 years, working within Formica Corporation, Masonite, and International Paper before landing at Funder America. We all thank Jim for the years of uncompromised commitment to our industry. While we are saddened to see Jim go, please join us in extending best wishes for a well-earned retirement.
Upon Jim’s retirement, his successor, Glenn Arthur joins Funder America. Glenn will be responsible for all sales of melamine panels, components, and w od powder coating. He comes with many years of sales and business development experience in the wood industry and Funder America looks forward to seeing him build strong business relationships with all their customers.
