Introducing AOS Elite Cabinet Boxes!

We are excited to introduce our Assemble On Site (AOS Elite) Cabinet Boxes. What makes this so exciting is the NEW revolutionary Lock Dowel system that makes assembly of our frameless cabinets faster and easier than ever before. Anticipating high volume production, Elias Woodwork felt this system would be ideal for our line of frameless cabinets. We implemented advanced, leading edge machinery to accommodate the precision drilling and insertion needed for installing the Lock Dowel hardware. There is no need for additional drilling or measuring once you receive your cabinet parts. All you need to assemble a standard base cabinet in 5 minutes or less is a rubber mallet and wood glue making this one of the fastest assembly methods in the industry. The lock dowel parts are made with strong zinc aluminum that has over 100lbs of pull force once snapped together. Here are some of the key features of our NEW Lock Dowel Cabinet Boxes:

  • Available in white furniture board or UV finished birch plywood.
  • Carb 2 Compliant materials only.
  • Edgebanded white or with various matching wood grains.
  • Easy and fast assembly using only a rubber mallet and glue. No screws required.
  • Available in 3/4” (19mm) thick sides, backs, bottoms, tops and shelves.
  • Flat packed and shipped to job site or shop ready to assemble.
  • Dovetail drawer boxes and doors with soft close hardware available.
  • Manufactured in North America.
  • 3 – 4 week lead time.

We realize that when it comes to cabinetry, there is never going to be a one-size-fits-all solution. This is why we also offer Frameless Screw & Dowel assembly option available in 5/8" sides, top, bottom and backs with 3/4" shelves. For more traditional cabinetry, we offer Face Frame Assemble On Site cabinet boxes using a wood on wood locking joint. See our website for more information and specifications on all of our cabinet boxes.

Custom sized to 1/16", our cabinet boxes are designed to accommodate any new remodel or refacing project for the kitchen and bath industry. They allow you to create a custom kitchen without the added expenses of creating your own cabinet boxes or shipping fully assembled ones. This in turn provides an economical edge for quoting and estimating projects.
