An office building with work stations for about 80 employees will be built there by the start of 2019 in a first phase. A training centre where people working for the future particleboard mill will be trained is also in the plans. Egger also intends to showcase its own products and services to architects, designers and retail and furniture industry customers in the new office building. Up until now, Egger Wood Products which was founded in 2016, has advised architects, coordinated sales and provided customer services.

Work to build the new particleboard mill is to start at the end of 2018, as planned. Start-up is presently envisaged to happen during 2020.
