With more than 35 years of experience in the building materials industry, DeLong brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record in sales leadership. In her previous role, she specialized in operational support processes and functions that ensured on-time shipment with a 99.6 percent success rate and developed high-functioning, collaborative supply chains and sales teams.
