Dackor is the go-to provider of continuous 2D laminates for flat lamination, profile wrapping and 3D Laminate thermofoils for membrane vacuum pressing. Due to having the largest inventory in North America, we ship daily to manufacturers of components, kitchens, closets, store fixtures, recreational vehicle tops, healthcare furniture, and wall cladding so that your project or product is received on time.
In addition, we produce our laminates to match TFL, MDF, Edgebanding and our surfaces can be laminated to Phenolic (HPL), Board, Plastics or Peel and Stick backed.
COATING:
Dackor also possesses the first 60” wide-format hot coating line in North America. Features include dual melters, two lacquer/UV coating stations, excimer with nitrogen for super-matte & custom embossing line. For coating papers, PVCs and PETs up to 5,000 taber abrasion. Various textures and gloss levels are possible for interior and exterior applications.
