Conestoga Wood Specialties, a leading manufacturer of custom cabinet doors for the kitchen and bath industry, proudly commemorates six decades of innovation, craftsmanship, and unwavering dedication to quality. From modest beginnings to a nationally recognized corporation, Conestoga has stayed true to its core values of Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Resourcefulness, and Innovation.

In 1964, experienced cabinet makers Norman and Sam Hahn, from East Earl, Pennsylvania, founded Conestoga Wood Specialties, discovering their niche in creating raised panel doors not typically produced in small cabinet shops at the time. Working out of a small garage, the brothers began with 5 door styles in a couple of wood varieties. Currently, Conestoga offers over 1,000 door designs in nearly 30 wood species.

As the product line has expanded over the last 60 years, so have the manufacturing locations, which now include Kenly, North Carolina and Beaver Springs and Beavertown, Pennsylvania.

Over the years, Conestoga Wood has not only adapted to changing trends but has also invested in shaping them. From introducing innovative materials and technologies to the U.S. to collaborating with vendors and suppliers, Conestoga has remained at the forefront of the industry. And with a reputation of absolute dependability, customers can count on receiving a quality product by the date committed.

An organization is only as strong as its people, and Anthony Hahn, son of founder Norman Hahn and president of the company since 2003, recognizes that Conestoga Wood wouldn’t be where it is today without its incredible team of hard-working and dedicated employees, both past and present. He believes their commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction has been a driving force behind Conestoga’s success.

Looking to the future, Conestoga Wood remains committed to those founding principles of hard work and integrity as it continues to lead the way in the kitchen and bath industry, earning its place as a trusted name in kitchen design.
