Blum announces new VP of Sales
Blum, Inc., a global leader of solution-oriented hardware for cabinetry, announced that Rhett Benner has joined the leadership team as Vice President of Sales. Benner will play a key role in strengthening Blum’s existing sales channels and orchestrating strategic expansion into new markets.

Benner’s experience with growth, development and collaborative teams matches Blum’s strategic direction for the future. In his new role, Benner will build on the foundations of Blum’s already successful market strategies to strengthen its market competitiveness in the long term.
Benner joins Blum with a background in executive positions and brings leadership experience in sales, marketing, operations and customer experience. He believes in a culture of respect for existing history, employing and maintaining accountability, trust and open communication. His most recent position was Chief Development Officer at Homefront Brands.
Benner received The Eagle Award while at Stanley Black & Decker, their prestigious recognition for individual performance and leadership competencies. He also completed the Next Level Leadership and Organizational Leadership courses at IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland, after earning his bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Additionally, Benner served in the United States Coast Guard as a Telecommunications Specialist.
