Table of Contents

Charlotte, NC, April 18, 2017 – Saw, drill, and profile custom wood door and window frames of virtually any size on one machine. The Biesse Uniline CNC work center does all of this and much more with extreme precision and in a small footprint.

The Uniline is ideal for custom wood door and window makers, including restoration specialists, seeking a solution to produce standard or one-of-a-kind linear frames on a mass customization basis.

“The Uniline has had great success in Europe handling very challenging window production,” said Cesare Magnani, brand sales manager for Biesse CNC. “The machine’s through-feed capability allows for high-volume custom production. We can load the window part on the Uniline and it automatically performs all of the machining and profile sanding operations. The piece exits the machine as a component ready to be assembled.”

The advanced automation features of the Uniline work center, including automatic positioning, clamping  and load/unload of the workpiece, frees the operator to perform other tasks while the machine is cycling. The fully enclosed working units ensure operator safety, dust-free work environment and low noise levels. The labor- and space-saving machine has a capacity to hold up to 132 tool aggregates.
