Federal Brace Workstation Bracket

Charlotte, NC - April 10, 2018 - Federal Brace is releasing the Workstation Bracket to their Commercial Supports line in a new design that allows for greater organization, strength, and stability in an office workspace, computer lab, or commercial workstation area. The bracket is specifically designed to do all the heavy lifting of a standard commercial brace while also having cutouts for cord and cable organization. Federal Brace designed this with both residential and commercial projects in mind, allowing for personal workstations or project planning areas at home or larger, commercial-scale projects such as IT centers, computer labs, or product development and research labs.

The Workstation Bracket will initially be available one size consisting of 18” upper flange and a 10” lower flange that will allow for ample legroom or storage space underneath any workstation or desk area, and in two colors, a subtle grey powder coat or a bold black. With a sturdy composition made of 11 gauge steel and a carry capacity of 500 pounds per brace, the Workstation is Federal Brace’s heavy-duty workhorse. It will also double-duty, as the five cutouts along the gusset allow for computer cables, Ethernet cords, CAT cables, power cords and more to be run up to a workspace and remain safe, organized, and off the ground.

The Workstation Bracket is available both as a single unit for large commercial projects through Federal Brace’s Commercial Line and as well as a packaged Mount System kit for residential users to create a complete workstation set up. The Workstation Mount 3Support System includes three supports for a complete solution—two workstation brackets with a total carry capacity of 1000 pounds and a third wall-mounted universal computer mount in order to keep the computer tower associated with the numerous cords also off the ground and away from being a safety hazard. Also included are all fasteners and adhesives needed to install the braces and finalized floating desk, allowing for a seamless and easy installation.
