Genesis Products operates six facilities in Elkhart County, Indiana and one facility in Keysville, Va., with a total of over 550,000 square feet of production, assembly and warehousing space. The flexibility and size of these facilities allow us to respond quickly and efficiently to our customers’ manufacturing and supply chain needs.
When it comes to laminated panels, we go beyond the basics to offer our customers complete supply chain management including materials sourcing, warehousing, production and distribution. For 15 years we have been building relationships with the leading producers of adhesives, surfaces and substrates to ensure our products contain the best materials and that we can offer them to you at the most competitive price. We have dedicated lamination lines for both hot and cold glue applications ensuring that Genesis can meet any of your lamination needs.
As your outsourcing partner for panel processing, we manage all the details of your program from the mills to manufacturing. There is no need to invest in equipment and overtime as we give you additional capacity at a fixed cost. We are experts in yield maximization and program optimization and have a long-standing reputation for delivering quality products on demand.
With Genesis as a partner, you won’t need to place multiple orders or worry about your supply chain. For unmatched flexibility, we take a high-volume approach to both sourcing and storage. We maintain strong relationships with several domestic and international mills, which lets us stock a wide variety of materials and buy large volumes directly from the source.
We have long-standing partnerships with the leading vinyl and paper suppliers and offer endless combinations of colors and patterns. Pressed parts offer superior durability with increased resistance to impact, abrasion, marring and scratching. Easily cleaned with just soap and water.
Genesis Products sets us apart in the industry by offering both domestically manufactured and internationally sourced drawer parts.
